University of the Aegean


AEGEAN develops the project's experience evaluation models and community led design and development process based on a systemic approach. Also, they implement the framework regarding the inclusiveness and accessibility in the co-design of shared spaces, and beyond that to co-designing citizen centred services and inclusive place-making activities.

MENTOR in Culture


MENTOR’s expertise in the field of culture, new technologies and digital communication will be brought into effective action to contribute to sustainable development. It designs co-recognition and co-envision practices with citizens and activation processes that are used at each pilot city.

Comune di Milano


CDM acts as a testbed for HeritACT solutions whose maturity in urban green innovation and citizen driven innovation is an added value to validating project outcomes. Moreover, it aids HeritACT exchange best practices across European cities through its established networks and ensure the exploitation of HeritACT results after the project’s end.

The organization brings into the project its expertise in research and development of new technologies and applications for the HeritACT one-stop-shop platform development which will integrate all related digital tools.

Mayo County Council


The county council identifies a number of abandoned historic structures and associated landscapes located in the town of Ballina (Ireland) for the pilot activities, and tests and promotes community-led design and participatory practices during the project.

Accelerating Change Together


ACT as a social enterprise of architects, designers and policy specialists supports the Irish pilot demonstrations by engaging and activating citizens of Ballina into accepting an active role towards preserving town’s social, cultural and artistic heritage.

University of Patras


Project Coordinator, brings on its expertise and previous experience from research programmes in advanced digital applications in building design and sustainable construction, leads or supports the development of several HeritACT solutions.

Municipality of Elefsina


MoE, together with the organization of Eleusis European Capital of Culture, participates in the pilot demonstrations in Greece by implementing HeritACT solutions in a cluster of buildings and neighborhoods in Elefsina.

Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia


IAAC engages emerging methods of design and fabrication through architectural design. It acts as a transversal partner for providing innovative tools to the three pilot cities for the design and transformation of public spaces.

2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture


Through its participation in the project and respectively to cultural activities such as those in the spectrum of the “parasite approach”, embodies the vision of the Cultural Capital institution to highlight the richness, diversity, and common aspects of European cultures and reinforce ties and mutual understanding between European Citizens.

IFC leads communication, dissemination and exploitation activities to raise awareness of the project and contribute to the replication of the HeritACT solutions after the project ends.

Stefano Boeri Architetti


BOERI is a world leading architecture studio, researching and practicing contemporary architecture and urbanism. Within the project design and develop, in collaboration with UoP, an innovative framework for the co-production of highly innovative public space installations and will be the responsible partner to form the project pilot implementation roadmap.

European Network of Cultural Centres


ENCC represents over 3,500 cultural centers throughout Europe and is supported by Creative Europe as 1 of the 6 networks representing the arts and the cultural sector in Europe. As part of the HeritACT consortium they support networking and promoting cooperation and innovation at a European level through the established network of cultural centers.

University College Dublin


The School of Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy leverages its expertise in smart cities and especially in geospatial analysis and modelling of urban dynamics to combine technology and innovation in order to develop along with citizens digital decision support tools.

LAND


LAND is an international landscape consultancy specialized in the implementation of climate-positive solutions and participative processes to support landscape transformation. Within the project is responsible for the co-design and co-implementation of Nature-based Solutions (NBS) in Milan and Ballina and is a major actor in the Italian pilot activities to improve people’s well-being by activating public open spaces.

LAND is also contributing to develop ecosystem mapping and impact assessment approaches to address the New European Bauhaus’ challenges in cultural heritage.
